Looking for somewhere to study? Come to our homework zone: a positive place where students K-12 can drop-in to study and get help from one of the Taylor high school NHS students if they need it.

George will share the history of his family immigrating to the Detroit area from Germany; his family being held at a detention center during WWII; his growing up downriver in Wyandotte; his moving to Taylor; and his participation in the establishment of the ”historic district” at Heritage Park.

Learn the basics of quilt making from start to finish. You will learn traditional and modern techniques while having fun putting together sample squares. All sessions will include demonstration and hands on.
