The determination of the Commission shall be effective 30 days following the filing of the determination with the City Clerk unless rejected by the City Council.
The Commission shall consist of seven members who are registered electors of the City.
Term of Office
The term of office of each member shall be for seven years.
The Local Officers Pension and Fringe Benefits Compensation Commission’s purpose is to establish and recommend to the City Council any changes to the pensions and fringe benefits for the mayor, clerk, treasurer, and member of the City Council.
