Mission:

Services delivered with quality, consistency and efficiency for the highest level of applicant, employee, retiree, resident, and leadership team satisfaction.  The Human Resource Department provides a full range of human resources and risk management services to the City of Taylor which includes the following: Recruitment, selection, and retention of high quality candidates, Policy Development, Employee/Labor relations and organizational development strategies, Payroll and Benefits administration, Safety training and compliance, Risk management, and Pension plan administration.
